✅ Ballots begin arriving: Saturday, January 17
Delivery will continue throughout the following week, especially for property owners outside Big Canoe.
✅ Ballot deadline: Must be received by Mauldin & Jenkins by end of day Tuesday, February 24

✅ Results announced: Wednesday, February 26 at 5:00 p.m.

To reduce the risk of USPS delays, the POA is adding reliable alternatives this cycle:
📮 1) USPS Mail (traditional)
- If you mail your ballot, send it promptly.
📥 2) NEW: Ballot drop box at the Postal Facility
- A ballot drop box is being installed at the Postal Facility.
- It will be accessed only by Mauldin & Jenkins, who will pick up ballots during the voting period.
