Thank You — Onward to the General Election
To Our Big Canoe Neighbors,
I want to sincerely thank each of you who participated in the Primary Election. With 42% of eligible property owners casting ballots, our community showed just how much we care about Big Canoe’s future.
I am honored to have advanced to the General Election alongside Lynette Howard, Bill Thurber, and Bob Kelley. The final election will determine who will fill the two open seats on our Board of Directors.
As we move toward November, my focus remains the same:
- Financial Stewardship — Responsible oversight of our POA’s resources.
- Open Communication — Accessible, approachable leadership.
- Governance — Experience making timely, majority-supported decisions.
- Voice of the Community — Advocating for a comprehensive property-owner survey in early 2026.
This election will be close. Every single vote will count. If you believe in the importance of strong, balanced leadership, I encourage you not only to cast your ballot in November but also to share your perspective with friends and neighbors here in Big Canoe. Word of mouth and personal conversations will make the difference in this election.
Thank you again for your confidence and support. Together, we can ensure Big Canoe continues to thrive.
